How to create a sales return.

To do this follow the following steps;

Step 1. Open the sale order that has products to be returned by clicking on the delivery button as shown below.

Step 2. On the page that opens up, click on the return button as shown below.

Step 3. On the page that opens up, type the number of products returned then click on the return button as shown below.

Step 4. On the page that opens up, click on the validate button as shown below.

Step 5. On the page that opens up, details of the returned products are as shown below.

When products are returned, that particular sale order will have 2 delivery documents as shown below.
