4.3 How to Scrap Products

How to scrap products.

Products that have been returned but cannot be returned to the warehouse due to failed quality checks should be scrapped as discussed below.

Step 1. Open the specific sale order that you intend to return the scraped product, click on the delivery button as shown below.

Step 2. On the page that opens up, click on the scrap button as shown below.

Step 3. On the page that pops up, type the amount of quantity to be scrapped then click on the done button as shown below.

Step 4. On the page that opens up, details of the product scrapped are as follows.

Step 5. By clicking the scrap button as shown below, details of the scrapping process are shown as follows.

Step 6. By clicking the scrap button, as shown above, the scrapping document is as follows.
