At the end of the business day, you must close the POS as discussed below.
Step 1. In the POS dashboard, click on the close button as shown below.
Step 2. On the page that opens up, click on put money in to record all cash transactions that occurred during that day.
Step 3. On the page that pops up, type the reason as the name of the customer as well as the amount they paid then click on the save button as shown below. Fill in all details of the customer who paid cash on that particular day.
Step 4. On the page that opens up, click on the end session as shown below to conclude the recording cash transaction for that day as shown below.
Step 5. On the page that opens up, click on validate & post entries as shown below to post the transaction into the journal.
